For people that are not used to exercise, I recommend choosing an exercise form that you enjoy, it is vital to create a habit. There are many exercises you can do to strengthen your heart and muscles but I have chosen the top 7 that also reduce stress.

Best exercises to Reduce Stress:

  • Rebounding or jumping on a mini-trampoline
  • Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Zumba Dance
  • Pilates

When I started my exercise journey, I was primarily concerned by the desire of reducing stress. I know about stress because I used to deal with it for a long time. 

To start exercising begin simple, with just 15 minutes a day of jogging or brisk walking around your neighborhood can help you to de-stress. It also helps you to get a more optimistic perception of all your challenges. 

I love rebounding on a fitness trampoline which is a small version or a recreation trampoline and you can use it either indoor or outdoor. When I don’t feel like getting out of the house to jog, I jump and run on the trampoline.

The unit is cheaper than a treadmill and many studies confirm they are as effective as running at 6 miles per hour. Go forward with it if you think you would like it.

As you continue the conversation, pay attention to your feelings and thoughts. We all have all types of thoughts but the goal is to train your mind to become more positive. When you face a difficult situation, never call it a problem, tell yourself it is a big challenge. Remember that you have all the tools that it requires to solve it.

Negative thoughts are like rocks on the road that you should dodge to become your best version. These negative emotions usually trigger bad feelings such as anxiety, fear, anger, or even depression. Types of feelings that you don’t want and should avoid, emotional states that are harmful to your mind and body.

Whatever relationship you have today, whether with your coworker, employee, significant other, or your children, focus your eyes on all the goods and positive skills they have.

Please find a way to say no to some things you are doing that are not necessary. In favor of doing less but doing it better, focus on the things that matter and are really urgent and important.

It also helps if you delegate things to others to help you like your husband, kids, and employees. You can start by trusting some people to take over the not-so-urgent tasks. It can be a bit more time-consuming in the beginning but is like taking the time to plant a tree.

Do better. The best way to do better is to remove tasks and rules that are not necessary altogether.

Taking the time to relax and take a break is also necessary and we all need it. Free time is essential to decompress and boost creativity.

Many times the extremely valuable people around us are not valued enough. This is always difficult to understand and accept. The big challenge we all have is loving ourselves enough.

The most unfair situation I come across is when people don’t recognize their own value. They do not love themselves and that happens without them even knowing. We need to change the way we talk about others. Many people do not love themselves and this is often caused by other people’s opinions and the lack of recognition.

We need to set our mind to celebrate peoples’ abilities and achievements. Start telling everybody around you how awesome they are and you will see how that spreads even further.

Always look forward to the things that you like but not from the ego perspective but from the conviction of the value you have in society. Focus on what you see as valuable within you and not on what is ugly.
